UV TOC Reduction
Our products have been designed with TOC reduction in mind and, because of their compactness, they are particularly well suited for point-of-use ( POU ) applications where space is at a premium. Examples include, semiconductor clean rooms and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing areas.
Ultraviolet Sciences Inc. has designed and now supplies the most compact and efficient UV reactors on the market. Our products produce the same dosage rate of competitive products which are 4 times the size! And the added bonus is our units use substantially less energy to operate.

LIGHTING THE WAY USING INNOVATION

The compact and highly efficient design of UV Science Inc. UV systems, is the result of a focused, multi-year development effort. All of our models incorporate innovative reaction chamber design features, which improve the overall efficiency of the UV energy distribution and transmission. This allows for a reduction in the number of lamps required to achieve a given treatment profile.

Our systems are so efficient that we use only a single low pressure UV lamp for flow rates over 200 gpm! And the unit is only 40 inches in length. Our 500 gpm unit uses only two lamps!

This efficiency translates into the lowest Operating Life Cost in the industry. Our systems life costs are just a fraction of what is typical for other UV systems in the market. Additionally the units are about 1/4th the size, saving both space and money.

Our design is flexible, meaning that it is very simple to put units in series and parallel configurations. Extremely high UV dosage levels can be accommodated with a series connection. Extremely high flow rates can be accommodated with a parallel connection. This modular nature of the product allows for system design flexibility. Our compact design makes this viable and cost effective. Fault tolerance and redundancy are now easily managed and achieved.
